My friend and budding young chef, Charlie, emailed me the recipe for a delicious dinner he made for his family last week. He loves to help in the kitchen and is a great baker, though this time, he took to the grill – it sure does start early in men!

Here’s his recipe for Grilled Salmon
2 pounds of salmon filet
Dried dill weed
Cut into thirds
Deep rub 1 teaspoon of dill weed and thyme over fish
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of lemon and 2 teaspoons of lime on fish
Rub 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper over fish
Grill fish until cooked to your liking.
