1 ½ oz Ciroc Vodka
2 oz Pomegranate Mixer: Stirrings
½ oz pineapple juice
In a martini shaker filled with ice, mix all ingredients. Rim the top of a martini glass, using
simple syrup, and the Pomegranate Stirrings Rimmer. Shake vigorously and pour into
the martini glass. The level of liquid should be under the rimmer. There should be a slight
frothy head to the drink. Garnish with a lime wheel on the edge of the glass.
Mc CANE MOJITO
¾ oz Stirrings Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz Zacapa 23yr Rum
10 mint leaves
In a rocks glass place the mint leaves, squeeze lime wedge, simple syrup and rum.
Muddle for about 6-10 turns. You need to have all ingredients in the glass in order to mix
the flavors together properly. Add ice to the top of the glass and top off with soda
water. Turn over in a Boston shaker 3 times. Garnish with a lime wedge on the edge of
glass, sugar cane stick in the drink at an angle, and a fresh sprig of mint.
