As I mentioned earlier today, party punches and fall cocktails were a hit inclusion at most gourmet tailgates at the International Gold Cup this past Saturday. Kathryn Corneilus one of the members of the winning tailgate party shares with us her recipe for Apple Cobbler Party Punch, a perfect inclusion for any autumn gathering.
Apple Cobbler Party Punch
1 gallon apple juice
1/2 bottle sparkling apple cider
3/4 bottle Marker’s Mark (750ml)
2/3 bottle Laird’s Apple Jack (750ml)
1 – 2 liter bottle diet ginger ale
2 red apples, sliced
2 green apples, sliced
10-12 dashes ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Serve with ice in a punch cup or rocks glass.
