By now I’m sure you’ve had a Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka cocktail. If you haven’t ask the next time you’re out. It seems to be the drink of the moment at bars all over the city. Rocklands, my favorite bbq place in DC, is currently serving up several cocktails in mason jars (my favorite glass for imbibing), including this great take on the classic iced tea. Try it out… 5:00 might start to come sooner 
Rocklands Icy Peach Tea
Ingredients
2oz Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
1oz Peach Schnapps
Splash of Sprite
Splash of cranberry juice
Prep
Mix everything together and enjoy in a mason jar over ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
